Data migrations come in different sizes and complexity. Therefore, each requires a different amount of support and expertise. We introduce support packages to help our customers get the level of support they need and some other benefits.
We’ve created three support packages:
- Standard (free);
- Premium ($199);
- Signature ($499).
Let’s take a look at each of them. We will also cover some tips on choosing your package.
The Standard Support Package
The Standard support package is meant to address the needs of a basic data migration project. With this plan, you get:

✅ Regular SLA response time (within 24 hours)

Standard support users can expect a reply from our team 24 hours after submitting the request, Mon through Fri.
You Should Get This Package If
If you don’t have a lot of data and therefore can complete the migrations quickly. You can also go with this package if you don’t have any deadlines. Finally, this package is a great choice if the systems you’re migrating don’t have any complex customization done. For example, when migrating from a heavily customized project management system, you might need a hand mapping or transforming the data to migrate correctly.
The Premium Support Package
The Premium support package offers extended support hours and a shorter response time. But the highlight of this package is the ability to re-migrate data — more on this in a moment.

You Should Get This Package If
If you need to complete the migration as soon as possible and want quick support with your project, you should definitely get this package. This package is also ideal for bigger projects, with more data and customized project management instances. Not only because you get higher priority support but also because you can re-migrate data.
What is data re-migration, and how is it helpful?
Data re-migration is a service that allows removing all previously migrated data from the target project management tools and migrating it for the second time to the same PM system.
Data re-migrations are your plan B in case anything goes wrong. Even though you get to test the migration before starting the Full Data Migration, eliminating all kinds of mistakes is nearly impossible. So, you can do a Full Data Migration, check if any major issues occur, and then re-migrate your data.
Paying the extra $199 can save a couple of hundreds or even a few thousand dollars! If you go with the Standard package, you’ll have to pay 50% of the automated data migration to re-migrate data. Choose wisely!
The Signature Support Package
Finally, the Signature support package. This package includes the following features:

✅ Help via email, phone & chat
✅ Off-hours urgent support (up to 2 business hours)
✅ Dedicated tech support on weekends/holidays
✅ 1 data re-migration within 10 days
✅ 1 delta migration within 10 days
You Should Get This Package If
Are you migrating loads of data? Are you on a time crunch? Do you need enterprise-level support? Then this package is for you.
The Signature package offers you the highest priority support (response within 2 hours) and support during weekends/holidays. And most importantly, you can re-migrate data once within ten days after the Full Data Migration. You also get a possibility to do a delta migration and pull any new tasks created during the migration into the target PM system.
What will you choose?
To finish this off, we’d like to clarify that the term “support” implies:
- Identifying and troubleshooting problems;
- Assistance with issues during migration set up;
- Guidance around migration configuration.
The support does not include PM system-related settings like system tuning, installing third-party apps, etc.
