What Are Project Management Data Migration Support Plans?

We offer a range of support plans to meet the diverse data migration needs of businesses. Our flexible packages are designed to suit your specific requirements and include the following options: Standard, Premium, and Signature.

What does the Standard package include?

The Standard package is ideal for basic data migration needs. With this plan, you'll receive 9/5 support via email, phone and chat, as well as regular SLA response time (within 24 hours). Nore that this package doesn’t include data re-migration and Delta migration.

What does the Premium package include?

If you require more extensive support, the Premium package may be the right choice for you. This package provides extended support hours 16/7 support via email, phone and chat, high-priority response time, assistance from our senior support team, and 1 data re-migration within 5 days. Note that Delta migration isn’t included in this package.

What does the Signature package include?

For enterprise-level needs and complex data migration, we recommend the Signature package. This package includes 16/7 support via email, phone and chat, off-hours urgent support (up to 2 business hours), dedicated tech support on weekends and holidays, 1 data re-migration within 10 days, 1 Delta migration within 10 days, and Interval migration option.
