Can you migrate several projects within one data migration?

Is it possible to migrate several projects within one data migration? The short answer is no. The migration of one project means one data migration, and the migration of several projects means several data migrations. This is because each project can have a different set of custom fields, stages/statuses, and workflows. Therefore, mapping this data for several projects within one project management migration would not be accurate.

However, if you don't want to migrate custom fields and agree to have the same matrix of stages/statuses for all those projects, it is possible to migrate several projects within one migration. In this case, please let us know beforehand so we can prepare the migration accordingly.

Can you run several project management migrations simultaneously?

You can run multiple Full Migrations simultaneously, allowing you to transfer several projects at the same time, albeit as separate migrations. It’s worth to note that while this won’t impact the project management migration results, the migration time may be longer as multiple API calls will be made simultaneously.
