What is re-migration and when is it useful?

Data re-migration involves deleting all data that has been previously migrated to your target project management system and migrating it again. This service can be especially helpful if something goes wrong during hte initial migration or if you need to make changes to your data migration plan.

We offer data re-migration as a part of our support plans. With the Signature plan, users can re-migrate data once within 10 days after the Full Data Migration, while the Premium plan allows for re-migration within 5 days. If you have the Standard package, you can still take advantage of this service for 100% of the price for automated data migration.

With data re-migration, you can rerun a Full Data Migration to ensure that your data is accurately and completely migrated to your target platform. This service provides an added layer of insurance and flexibility for your data migration needs.

What is Delta migration?

Delta migration is the process of migrating data that was created or updated during or after the initial migration. It is an essential service that allows you to continue managing your projects during migration without any interruption or loss of data.

Here’s how Delta migration works: Our Migration Wizard automatically detects new data on your source platform and transfers it to the target platform. Our migration service ensures that there are no duplicates, as it replaces the existing data with the updated version.

Note that Delta migration may not be possible if your target platform’s API doesn’t allow third parties to remove data from the system.

Important: Request Delta migration within 10 after the Full Data Migration. We delete information related to your data migration for security reasons after 5 days, if you have the Standard or Premium package or after 10 days if you have the Signature plan.

The Delta Migration service is available on weekdays from 9 am to 9 pm in EET/GMT+3. If you prefer to schedule the migration for a different time or day, please contact us, and we will work with you to make the necessary arrangements.
